U15’s Training

Guys, as we are all aware training and games have been suspended until further notice.
The coaching team encourages for the boys to continue on their fitness when and wherever they can.
There are many exercises the boys able to do while we await further announcements by the YJFL.
Examples: push ups, sit-ups, shadow boxing, go for a run, etc…
Go have a kick with your son whenever you can so they keep the touch of the footy in tact.
If you require a footy please contact me I’ll be happy to loan you one.
Let’s stay positive and not loose all the hard work the boys have put in over preseason.
